CUSTOMER / USER:
A USER is someone who visits the SITE without making purchases.
A CUSTOMER of the SITE is someone who completes the purchase of one or more PRODUCTS by following the product selection procedure and completing the operations with payment.
The CUSTOMER can register on the SITE by providing their personal data so that for any future purchases they can access with the username/password chosen during registration.

The entry by the buyer of false data, third-party data, or fictitious data during the registration and product purchase procedure gives JOKFIL the right to take legal action against any violation and abuse, in its own interest and/or to protect image rights.
PROCEDURE FOR RECOVERING LOST ACCESS DATA:
If you lose your password or forget the email selected during registration, it is not necessary to repeat the entire procedure.

LOST PASSWORD?
If your password has been lost/forgotten but you remember your email, simply follow the “forgot password” procedure by entering the email address you used to register. You will be sent an email with a temporary password to access your account. Once logged in, you can go to ACCOUNT > CHANGE PASSWORD where you can choose the new password you will use to log in again.
